No. Joining is free and we never charge a café a fee. Brands pay for each placement: the café receives 80% of the placement price and CaféMedia MTL keeps 20%. If a weekly photo is missing or not approved, the second half of the payout is not paid, but nothing is billed to you and nothing already paid is taken back.
A $199/month membership unlocks the full café directory and lets you run placements across the network. You pick the cafés; we handle the connection, payment splitting, and verification. Each placement is $500 to $1,500 per café for a 30-day campaign.
